Only the owner's own Google account uses these apps. They access the owner's Google Drive, Docs and Sheets data only to carry out the owner's requests. The data stays in the owner's Google account and on the owner's own devices, except that content the owner directs an AI assistant to work on is processed by that assistant's provider to carry out the request. It is never sold, shared with third parties for any other purpose, or used for advertising.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions.
